Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather, customs, or high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all addresses within United states including P.O. boxes and rural addresses. Express services may not be available for some locations.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes incurred once the shipment reaches their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately to update your information.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
